1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Weavit (“the Service”), operated at weavit.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Weavit.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Weavit to:

• Publish illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you create, upload, or publish using Weavit, including site designs, text, images, and form data.

License to Weavit: By using the Service, you grant Weavit a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, cache, serve, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. This license ends when you delete your content or account.

5. Published Sites

Sites you publish via Weavit are publicly accessible on the internet at a subdomain of weavit.app. You are responsible for the content of your published sites, including compliance with applicable laws.

RSVP and form submissions from visitors to your published sites are stored on your behalf. You are the data controller for this visitor data and are responsible for how it is used.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

• Weavit offers a free tier with limited features and paid subscription tiers with additional capabilities.
• Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Downgrading may limit access to features available on higher tiers (e.g., number of sites or pages).
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep Weavit available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages from time to time.

8. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
• Upon termination, your published sites will be taken offline. Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weavit and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Weavit and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of Weavit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
